Seminar: The Interrelation of Physical and Mental Health

In celebration of World Mental Health day (10th October), Richmond Foundation is organizing a seminar with the theme: “The Interrelation of Physical and Mental Health”. This seminar will take place at the Le Meridien Phoenicia, in Floriana starting at 8:30am and ending at 12:30pm.

During this seminar the ‘Wellness Programme’ will also be launched. It has been demonstrated that persons experiencing mental health problems might have difficulties in looking after their physical health while also having limited access to appropriate healthcare services. This programme aims at providing individuals experiencing mental health problems with a holistic lifestyle management approach in order to combat these clear physical health inequalities. More information regarding this programme will be divulged during the seminar.
